This company, let alone just the sheer lack of communication offered by them is a complete joke
I ordered something from NCIX on February 10th, it's now the 18th, my package was delivered to this location (missisauga west) and was sent out for delivery today, after waiting all day for the package, and checking at 6 PM with a representative, the status of the shipment was changed to "Mechanical delay".
I asked where my package was, because it's a fairly expensive package, and they did not give me details as to where it was, I asked if I could have it scheduled for pickup at the depot instead because I didn't want them handling my package if they couldn't first deliver it on time, second give me an answer as to where it was, or if it was damaged in this "Mechanical delay" and was told:
"We cannot share the information based on this status, other than it's going to be delivered to you tomorrow"
I then called this location which the number listed here is wrong, it's actually (905-814-8080 ext 2005)
only to be greeted with heavy breathing into the phone, I said hello and got a voice message notification.
After I receive my package I definitely will not be going to Purolator again for any shipping matters, IF I receive my package that is.
I can honestly not recommend Purolator after their handling of my package, the sheer lack of communication, the straight up negligence shown by their staff and the lack of professionalism you'd expect in a company that's handling international shipments, I mean, you might as well have the voice mail say; I don't want to talk, please don't bother me because I'm busy and your service is not important, that would have been nicer than just breathing into a phone.

Even the phone number in the Purolator page 9055679159 is not functioning. If you go to the near 90 bad opinions in the site n49.ca, you can see that this site is fictional. You can get a worst service than Purolator. I have more than 11 days with a simple letter and I payed around $84. But the worst is that I do not know were is the package nor when it coul be delivered nor whom is responsible to give an answer. It seem to be a phantom company and without manager

Ordered a package via newegg, delivery came quick, however no one was able to attend delivery. A quick call and was able to reschedule delivery for the next day, saving me a 2 hour trip, Pro!

Front desk people could be good but if the delivery takes two weeks and nobody give us an answer, creating a lot of stress paying a lot of money, why don´t use the normal post of the public service ?
