Ordered from Amazon...delivered by Purolator! I live in a secure condo building. Driver came to door...superintendent let him in with my package. He did not leave the package at my door in my secure building like all other carriers do (Amazon, UPS, Post Office, etc.) nor did he leave it with the Superintendent who was right there. Instead, he took it back to Purolator where I subsequently received an email from them telling me it was there for me to pick up!!! How utterly ridiculous was that! I tried calling customer service on the phone twice...was hanging on the first time for 45 minutes for someone to come on the line and 30 minutes the second time waiting. Both times, no one answered and I hung up! This whole experience caused me a great deal of stress. I hope I never have to deal with Purolator ever again and I would advise anybody out there to go with another carrier!!

I made an order thurs, Purolator said they came and left a note. Where did they put it because I still can't find it. Every time I try to call it dosnt work and the 1888 number dosnt even work. And can't even get to niagara on the lake to pick it up. Merry Christmas
