They finally showed up days late with my delivery and left a notice at 1pm. On this notice it said I could not pick it up until the next day...and instead of bringing to a pick up location only 4 kms from my home, they brought it to the one over double the distance on the far end of town which is completely grid-locked with traffic due to all the construction....so I called customer service to have them move it to the location that's actually near me....

I am the only person in the que waiting, and have been on hold now for over 20 minutes...I work at a call centre myself and can tell the agent keeps throwing me back into the que instead of taking the call because I keep getting the verbal message over and over, and unstandardized times....never, ever using this goddamn company again.
