I realize these people probably don't like their job, then get another one. I had the note posted to my door stating to pick up my parcel at this location. Time available was illegible. I stopped by and the person told me the parcel was in the pile in the back and to come back later. I explained to the person that I would not be able to get back here for several days. She explained to me that they will keep the package for 5 days. Not a single other customer was in the store. Why look after the customer, I'm sorry that's not what you are paid to do.
This employee was rude. Next time I buy something online I will insist it isn't shipped through purolator.

They never tried to deliver but in online it says they tried to deliver and no one at home. If they had come, they should have posted the note in my mail box. They are making up the story..

i was at home all day until the tracking info said it couldn't be delivered cuz i wasn't home, which i was, and i have proof they never showed up cuz i recorded the cam in my lobby for 3 hours before and 2 hours after the time it said they showed up, now i have to drive 20 min there and 20 min back just to pick it up, and the worst part was that as i was leaving my place about 3 hours after it said it it couldn't be delivered i saw a putolater truck a block away from my place, im guessing the driver was scaning packages as undelivered during his lunch, at least with Canada post u know they will deliver it if its out for delivery, unlike the hundreds of forum post that i have read since about them making things up like u weren't home, u refused delivery, no buzzer code....
