I came in at 20 minutes before closing, on Tuesday 15 November 2011

I mentioned to the two ladies at the 1212 La Salle, Sudbury location that I was preparing some papers to send out.

I knew it was close to closing and didn't want to inconvenience them so I ask if they would mind filling out the Puroletter while I prepared my paperwork.

They were both very rude, even though I was trying to save them waiting on me should my paperwork take too long.

I walked to the door at 1 minute to 8. The Purolator driver drove away and the other lady locked the door.

They refused to give their names or their supervisors name & told me to call the 1 800 number.

UPS never treated me like this ! ! !

I used to manage 5 drug stores. Any of my staff members who treated a customer like this would have been fired on the spot, especially for covering up their names and their supervisors name. Trying to avoid the consequences of their actions ! !

I will use UPS from now on !

Unlike others, Purolator actually leaves a sign on my door telling me when to pick up my package. My parents have had allot of other packages that were not delivered py purolator. Those things, even if they were expensive, were left at the door. We were at camp a few weekends ago, and some packages were left at the door for over a day! They could have gotten stolen, or ruined by the rain. Luckily I got to them before anyone else could. I have never had this problem with Purolator, and I'm happy my Playstation 3 was not left at my door in the rain!

After giving them a made up lable with the correct address and all the information they will ever need...They sent my package to the wrong place.

Mind you Purolator has very nice workers in the Tracing Department very willing to help and I have never had an issue with them before, Thus I remain a customer...

I suggest that they imploy workers who can read lables correctly.
