Called Teresa Prattico and QA Couriers to update the credit card information that we had on file and she started YELLING at me for the old credit card not working swearing at me and saying take your business elsewhere and that that was not her problem or QA Couriers problem. They have no customer service, no staff, their system is terribly outdated and their staff will YELL and harass you.

My company used QA Couriers for a large delivery, and they were incredible. Quick, efficient, and got the job done right. We appreciated the fact that we could login to our online account and check the status of each delivery. We will definitely use them again!
