I normally dont post bad reviews because everyone is entitled to have bad days but when it becomes a habit to provide bad service then it must be said. They charged me for a deposit on a lock and instead of refunding it, they charged me again. Then, said it was already processed but after a week, it wasnt appearing on my account. Instead of providing a solution, they started blaming it on the bank and the merchant. We went back to rent a bike another time and was greeted with “get that s@&t out of here” and other vulgar words. Never coming back!!!

If you don’t rent a Pedego Bike (or buy) when you’re in town, you’re missing out on the best experience in Miami. We rented two bikes on a Friday and then ended up renting them for the whole week. The bikes have an amazing electric motor that helps you pedal, basically making it effortless. We have been cruising at 25 mph for up to 60 miles on one charge!! We get anywhere we want in under 20 minutes, passing HUNDREDS of cars stuck in traffic. Go rent a bike from Bruce at Pedego, he’s a great guy and an even better store owner. You won’t regret it.

Just in Miami for a quick visit. We loved this store! Great and knowledgeable staff. Super friendly. Extremely reasonable! Best bike experience ever! Would totally do it again with these guys and their fantastic bikes! If you haven't tried an electric bike you should! It's a fun time! Super easy!

Great Bikes, wonderful staff. Rented a bike for half a day and rode around 40 miles...and still had battery power left. These are the best ebikes available! Staff was extremely helpful and the location is great. Just a couple blocks from the beach!

There is absolutley no better way to explore South Beach than renting PEDEGO electric bikes. Bruce was AWESOME and the shop is in a convenient location to the boardwalk. We biked a total of 20 miles in 3 Hours and barely broke a sweat! This is a MUST do activity for anyone visiting South Beach! We will be back for more on our next visit.
