Never heard of this company until I ordered an item online that is delivered by DHL. The delivery person came to the door, did not ring the door bell, just left a notice on our door. But our dog alerted us about someone at the door and started barking. When we came to open the door the delivery person has left. Next day we waited at home till 3 pm no one came. Upon returning home we saw the second notice. The deliver person came half hour after we left. Then we went on line to change the delivery option and selected to "leave the item in mail box" that is outside our entry door. On the day 3, we waited and checked our mail box many times, no one came to deliver. Later we did tracking and saw the status as "await for collection by recipient". Very disappointed with the deliver service!
