Terrible service terrible coverage. I told them I needed actual medical and apparently they signed me up for crisis coverage or something along those lines. $200 for a pcp appt? Waste of time and money. Stay away.

stinks, doesnt cover much and doctors in the network is not up to date. Only covers $60 for lab work and typical cost is $377. There's got to be a better choice

We were taken thru the information step by step with Katherine Nguyen. She patiently answered our questions and she was extremely knowledgeable.
I would recommend Katherine for any health insurance needs you might have. She understands how she can best help her clients because she takes time to find out what is required and how she can fit her health care options to each client. My husband and I had very different needs, and Katherine was able to offer different levels of care which we hadn’t been able to get before. Highly Recommend!!!

My health advisor really took the time to help me understand the coverage I would be receiving, and walked me through everything I needed to know. He was extremely nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. He really made the process of applying for medical insurance less confusing and daunting. It is really nice to be able to talk to an actual person instead of a series of automated prompts.
