food it's was fine but me and my friend came after our graduation and the two employees making our stuff audibly made fun of the fact we put queso and lime sauce on the same burrito. As well as gave us major sas when at the veggie station. I understand if it was close to closing, working in a kitchen myself but it was an hour and some before they closed.

Edit: So this being my local Chipotle I came back and my order was a double steak double rice double wrapped cheese tomato salsa lettuce sour cream qeuso and lime sauce. the reason its double wrapped is because with all that it gets huge. i ordered on the app and when i picked it up and saw it the burrito was smaller then my hand. for 22 bucks that is unacceptable and I 100% taking the extra drive to go to berea's Chipotle from now on. what a joke

Terrible experience at Chipotle. I placed an order at 5:15 PM for pickup at 5:40 PM, but when I arrived at 8:00 PM (over two hours later), staff claimed my order was never placed and that I never paid. The manager demanded a confirmation email as proof. After going through the trouble of pulling up the confirmation and returning to the counter about 10 minutes later, I was told to wait again. Another 10 minutes passed, and instead of resolving the issue or appologizing, the manager simply handed me a phone number for customer service and told me to leave.

No apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the problem. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on store management. Corporate needs to seriously review the customer service standards and management practices at this location.

Very impressed with our BYOM pickup. Everything tasted great. Ever since covid chipotle has been trash. Perhaps this is a well run location? We shall see

Was all pumped for my Chipotle and opened the top to reveal trash. Literally had to go out of their way to make it look this bad, and didn't even get the order correct. The big chuck of steak in my salsa was a nice surprise, at least o think it was steak, looks like it had been marinating in there for a while. Taco Bell 4LIFE!!! Might as well of lit $20 on fire

I’ve ordered here many times. We typically use the app. and go pick it up. The food was ready on time, had everything we ordered, and tasted great.

One of my greatest annoyances is the app gives me points, but it’s typically been impossible to redeem any points. I’ll try to add chips and queso and it doesn’t allow it. This time it worked- which was great.

If you haven’t been here in a while- you should try the queso- it’s great.

I feel like this location has gotten better. They have had some struggles here and there- but I think most of the problems have been related to the app. I don’t think it has limited how many orders it takes at a time- so if too many people order, they can get backed up.
