Worst pharmacy in the area. They have never once had a prescription that was called in, ever. They always say it wasn't, from every provider I've ever had. They always say it'll take 15-20 minutes, and it always takes longer than that. The customer service rep that I usually see there is dismissive and patronizing, especially when people are upset about how long it takes -- which is usually a timeframe she identified to them. If there were anywhere else in the area that took my insurance, I would go there.

Words can not describe their terrible services.
Imagine they send you a "ready for picking up" notification then you plan your day in a wat to be there and they have nothing to give you.
Imagine that after your complaint the supervisor of 31 pharmacies call you and aledge that your prescription was ready in 8 minutes, you come here see that everybody have a same problem of false notification while the administration deny it.
The problem have roots in administration to let the staffs whatever they want to do without having them trained.

Terrible pharmacy. The people working here are great and worked to the bone. They are constantly understaffed and the line is always 5-6 deep. If you call in to talk to someone it is impossible. You can leave a voicemail, but that has failed to produce results, so I am now waiting in a line for 20+ minutes for the second time in a day to get meds that ran out days ago.

The people there work hard and are very friendly. Seems like they deal with a more challenging crowd but they do a great job. All Pharmacies seem under-staffed these days and there are waits at all of them. Whatever the system with all the lights seems to need an upgrade.

I feel for the poor people that work at this pharmacy. They bust their butts all day long. There were only two people working when I arrived at 5:30 in the afternoon. There was a line of about 20 people waiting to pick up prescriptions with one pharmacist and one person at the counter. The employees were courteous and patient with an annoyed crowd. Management at Giant food is either not staffing correctly or not scheduling well. Please, Giant food, give your pharmacy workers more resources!
