What an amazing experience! We came over to RBA from Kindbody and the experience was night and day. Dr. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable and kind. We were so concerned about many different issues regarding my health, however she was super confident. Her entire staff is amazing! The communication is prompt and you can clearly see they are passionate about their work. Thank you Caitlin and Kimberly! You’re both so amazing!

I had my first appointment at RBA (Piedmont location) at 7:30 AM for an ultrasound and labs, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately the Marietta office could not accommodate my schedule. Upon arrival, parking and directions were unclear, and the office door was still locked at 7:27 AM. At 7:35 AM I sent a text message through the app regarding the locked door. A staff member, later identified as Taylor, unlocked the door without greeting me and walked away, leaving me to let myself in.

Taylor was also the person who brought me back and performed my ultrasound, but she never introduced herself or explained the process. The interaction felt very impersonal & rude.

When I finished, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for several minutes, unsure if I needed to check out, and another patient arrived with no staff present either.

This is already a sensitive process, and a little communication and professionalism would go a long way. Based on my experience, I hope i do not have to return & I hope this experience is not indicative of the level of care at other locations.

The AA Michelle is absolutely amazing. She is so caring and was made for her position. She went above and beyond to handle a stressful situation for me and I couldn't be more appreciative of her.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Rubin and she was amazing. She is playing things so well she has such a warming energy and was so sweet. She was well knowledgeable in my appointment. I would recommend her to any woman!

Dr. Rubin actually listened to our concerns and considered my feedback for treament and other issues. She was always knowledgeable, methodical and displayed a great level of bedside manner. I will forever be grateful to her support team consisting of Sharon, Caitlin and Rachel. They showed kindness, were humble if I ever questioned anything and considerate of my experience and what I may be feeling. Through the big wins and losses I felt like I had a supportive medical team.
