We are having quite an adventure with this company and never again will I buy from them. Bought a new fridge. When they delivered it they scratch both sides of the fridge and a bump on the door. My husband notice one side so the reimburse $ 220.00. When I got home notice the bump. So tried to reach them and they told us to fill the form but answered us 2 days later saying they could not do nothing cause the fridge was connected and bla bla bla. I am sure that they take a course before they start working on how to screw the customer!!!! Oh and also when they brought back our old fridge theyn scratch our floors and again they don't want to do nothing. When they left my husband told the delivery guy and he said call the company they have an insurance for those situations. But of course they still don't want to do nothing.. So yes a real nightmare. So if you have to buy appliances go anywhere but there!!!!
