Had screen and battery replaced $180. Battery they put in was worse than old one. Would not fully charge, drained quickly. Drove 45min back again to have replaced. They made me stand around and wait while they tested it they said, they would not replace battery. I would not have driven all that way back if there wasn’t a problem. Not helpful or understanding and ultimately I have a defective battery now that doesn’t work properly. Or they are using very poor quality replaced parts. Either way I highly would NOT RECOMMEND. Even typing this my battery drained 10%.

Great customer service, very informative and helpful! Store is very clean and in order. Would suggest coming and getting a device repaired or a getting a new one!

As someone who has worked closely with telecommunications companies, I am deeply disappointed by the service at this authorized repair center. Upon entering, I was met by multiple staff members playing on their phones, who immediately seemed eager to dismiss my concerns. Rather than properly inspecting my two-month-old phone—which has absolutely no functional issues or structural damage—the staff looked for any excuse to claim 'physical damage.' They ultimately used a tiny cosmetic paint scratch as a reason to avoid helping me, lazily telling me to just contact Samsung directly. The staff here show zero pride in their work and seem entirely focused on turning customers away rather than assisting them!!

They advertise a $39 battery replacement, but that price is completely misleading. I booked an appointment online expecting to pay what was advertised, only to be told in person that the price only applies with a new phone activation—something that was never clearly disclosed during the booking process.

After checking the terms and conditions myself, the only exclusion mentioned was for Apple OEM batteries. There was no mention anywhere about requiring a phone activation, which makes this feel like a classic bait-and-switch.

This is a dishonest and frustrating way to do business. It wastes customers’ time and undermines trust. I won’t be returning or recommending this place. I’m also considering escalating this to consumer protection agencies and the Better Business Bureau.

Amazing.!! Simply Amazing..!! Entered the shop just for a casual visit with no intent to buy anything. I was greeted very well by a gentleman named Keith.

So we were just talking about one of my earlier visits to the store when I was denied the service because I didn't have an appointment booked earlier. However, he was curious to know what was the reason of my visit that day and I told that my phone had an intermittent charging issue.

I got a really positive response from Keith. He asked me to just wait for a couple minutes. He literally fixed a quite annoying issue for me AT NO CHARGE.

Also, this store is the only authorized Samsung service centre in the city.

While I was there, I saw some probably used phones in a really good condition at a good price. If I'm in need of a used phone anytime, definitely this is a store I'd be checking out first.
