As a busines, the studio is not run well, accepts only cash and cheques, surprise costs near end of year to be paid only cash.
In the 10+ otherdance studios I have approached in the area similar extra costs are openly disclosed and included in the pay structure. Some are also less expensive with a visually appealing and larger environment.
