December of 2024, I got a phone call from Lee Riggins. I don’t even remember how she got the lead… Anyways, I was a hot mess. She got me a Silver Florida Blue Plan with a $0 deductible for $12 a month! I was in such bad shape I had to borrow $10 to make the first payment.

Cadillac Insurance! Went to a fancy rehab on January 1st soon as it kicked in.

She taught me that Florida Blue has reward points….

I paid $12 ONCE and I’ve used Florida Blue Rewards to pay for my premium the last 15 months.

2026, the office contacted me and the woman said she worked for Lee. I was like “oh ok I trust you now.”

They re enrolled me and even tho the plan is $60 a month now… doing all the Rewards Points I still have never paid a premium.

They saved my life. I use Workit Health now for my MATs and Florida Blue covers everything.

Idk how she did it but she saved my life and I love having Cadillac Insurance and I referred tons of people.

I have never experienced this unbelievable level of service in my entire life, in any industry. Glenn Zaidel has not only been the greatest insurance agent - guiding down the best path possible for proper healthcare he has been a literal shoulder to cry on and even invited my mainly to stay with him during the multiple and devastating hurricanes we experienced last year. I can not overstate his kindness, professionalism, and generosity. I would do anything for this man. If I could give him 6 stars I would.
