Great price!!! No crazy price hikes like other reviews I read.

Bought a timer for my 1999 Maytag dryer yesterday from here. I looked online and the price was only 13% higher than the best price I could find online. I really needed it the same day and not on Monday, so I was more than pleased to pay the extra 13%.

Unbelievable disorganization, my one time dealing with this company and I can honestly say I am amazed this place is still in business. Their skill at rendering the part that is needed ,even when you supply them with the part number they so plainly need, was horrendously bad. Their ability to keep up with and track their customers needs, again worst of any place, any where, I have ever had dealings with,The only way they are rated at 4.4 has got to be stacked fake reviews. just wait until you go there, I will give you an 80% chance at some point early on you'll see my point and find another dealer. WHATEVER you do don't pay in advance, if I had done that OMG I would have been WAY more aggravated as it is I am just going to drop this review right here and hope some people that need a part for their appliance don't waste their time and hard earned money just to raise their stress level.

I don't know what it is with this place, but they have a huge markup on parts. I went in to get a board for my AC and they wanted $85. I went online and same part was $34 with prime 2 day shipping. I called in today and they did it again. Whirlpool heater element for dryer 696579 $49 here and $21.37 online with prime 2 day shipping. I don't know where they are getting their reviews, but I've tried twice with no luck. Please check your part number online before you buy here. You might even be able to buy it with next day shipping cheaper.

I Purchased a couple of parts for my refrigerator and ended up not needing either of the parts. I returned the next day with the parts still factory sealed along with my receipt to explain that I did not open or need the parts and that I had no problem paying a re-stocking fee on them. They stated that their policy on returns would not allow me to obtain a refund. I can understand if the parts were opened, but I find it ridiculous that they couldn't just charge the re-stocking fee and refund the balance. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Lesson learned!

The people here are so helpful. I will recommend them to others. They were so patient with us, and described every thing we needed to check & fix our dryer. I went first to a appliance shop down the street they didn't have the part I needed & acted like we was a bother to them.
