I paid over $3,500 here while uninsured, trusting this office with my health. That decision turned into a complete nightmare.

The procedure was done incorrectly. The pain became unbearable—I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t work, and lost my job because of it. Another dental office confirmed through X-rays that the work done here was wrong and caused my suffering.

When I returned desperate for help, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, the doctor was cruel, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. While I was in severe pain, she mocked me to my face, imitating me like a child. I have never experienced something so dehumanizing in a medical setting. I have video evidence of this behavior.

I left without treatment, without answers, and completely traumatized.

This place does not care about patients—only money. If you value your health, dignity, and safety, do not come here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Everything here feels rushed, unprofessional, and way too expensive. I paid around $6k for braces at a dental office, not even an orthodontist, and most of the work was done by staff who clearly weren’t trained. Every visit hurt. They even talked about me like I wasn’t there.They pulled FOUR teeth I didn’t even need taken out. Then they took my braces off when my teeth were still crooked and basically shoved paperwork at me to sign. When I said I wasn’t happy, they literally told me, “Just get veneers.” Like… what?After that, absolutely no communication. Needed new retainers? $600. Which is wild because actual orthodontists don’t even charge that. And they told me they send retainers to OC to be made, but mine were made same day right there. Make it make sense. I was 18 and trusted them, but honestly this place does not care about you. If you’re thinking of coming here don’t. Go somewhere that actually values patients and knows what they’re doing. They force costumers to write good reviews which they don’t deserve!!

I contacted Orange Family Dental to discuss my insurance coverage and dental issues, subsequently scheduling an appointment for X-rays. During my visit, I encountered a staff member with her dogs, which were quite noisy and distressed my infant. Following the X-ray, I was informed that I would be contacted once my insurance approval was secured. About a week later, I received a call confirming that my coverage had been approved, which made me optimistic about my upcoming appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, I was informed that I would need to pay out of pocket for my dental work, highlighting a significant miscommunication. This experience has left me feeling quite disappointed with the dental practice.

I went in to get a new retainer after mine broke all of a sudden. I called the office and they were able to squeeze me in! They were one of the most well organized offices I had been to and were able to fit me into their schedule very fast. The office was super clean and the room was super clean, which made me feel better. A week later my retainer was done. I am very happy with the speed and efficiency they offered. They also were able to quickly get my insurance and look me up in the system. I strongly recommend going here to get your work done. I will be back!
