I have used this company in the past and the service is not adequate for the time frame for deliveries. The dispatcher needs to take a course on anger management and learn to be more courteous to the customer and the drivers.The call takers are wonderful and courteous and take the call in an timely manner.I have since changed to a different courier company as the one call taker that was there is now gone and she was a professional and pleasant and helped in whatever way she could to get the service done.Too bad if she had remained there i would have continued to use this company.
