I found them very careless, they were good when the owners were working helping, but since they only hire weak and careless individuals, more time than not the items get damaged and then deny such. We found better people to move our artwork.

I use Smart Express, on a regular basis, for delivering White Glove deliveries and pickups, for Medical Equipment. When you call you speak with the owner and when he says he can do a job, he makes sure it gets done 100% they are 10 out of 5 stars company. You will be 100% satisfied. I have used 5 or 6 other companies in the Mississauga area and s.m.a.r.t. express is the best.

We have been working with Sergio and his team for the last 8 years. They have provided moving, storage and pick up and delivery services for us. We have also recommended them to a number of others who have also been very pleased with the service.
The individuals that work for Sergio have always been professional, considerate and respectful of us and our property. This is a reflection of Sergio's leadership. He is always responsive and thorough in the planning of the assignments to meet our needs.

FANTASTIC COMPANY! Sergio, Wilson, and Jay from Smart Express delivered a very heavy furniture order for me. They were super professional and efficient. They were also really careful with my items and made sure that nothing got damaged in the process. I am so incredibly thankful for their amazing service as they did what other companies couldn't do! THANK YOU Smart Express!

Sergio and his crew at S.M.A.R.T. Express have done a number of big moves for us. The team works very well together and are super organized, careful, and respectful; true professionals.

S.M.A.R.T. Express has also done an uninstall and move of a series of very large branded glass partitions from our old office to our new office. Each panel was carefully handled and landed without a single nick or scratch in our new location.

Moving can be an incredibly stressful thing, but Sergio and everyone on the crew are even keeled and calm in their approach to any challenges that arise and are always able to resolve things quickly and effectively.

It’s safe to say, we will continue to use S.M.A.R.T. Express anytime we need to move some things around!
