I didn’t get to rent from United Rentals, but I wanted to leave a review for Mr. Dewayne, he is so very kind, patient and professional! I can’t say enough good things about him! Every dealing I had with him has been great.

The Decatur Alabama team is and has always been great service minded group, getting us exactly what we need each time they can....on time.....and when they cannot or have a delay they are 100% communicative of options. Always a pleasure to deal with making equipment rental issues one thing we do not have to worry about

The team at United Rentals in Decatur is excellent. I needed a skid steer and fork attachments for a large retaining wall project. Besides having the best prices in North/Central Alabama, the customer service experience was phenomenal. Jordan and Justin assisted me based on my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I got my project done with ease. Next time I need to rent anything for a small or large project, I know who to call.
