99 cents a km for a small cargo van!! That is highway robbery. Home Depot, Enterprise and Budget offer unlimited milage. U-Haul may be convenient but no thank you. Now we know there are several other affordable and reasonable options we WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!!

This was our first time using a moving service, and we were very happy with the experience. We also rented a storage unit here, and everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We arrived on time for our truck rental. We waited in line for 25 minutes with 6 people ahead of us while only one staff member was working the counter. The staff member paused to chat with another employee who had been walking by. Another staff member walking around paused to chat with new people entering the store. No effort was made to recruit more staff to help move the massive line. In the time we were there, zero progress was made and not a single client was handled. We had to cancel our truck reservation because we would not be able to use it in time. Pretty disappointed, irritated, and unhappy. Thumbs down 👎

Everything about the rental was great. My only issue is returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel. Mine was at 3/4. Saw another customer had the same in his. Attempting to refuel to that level isn't very scientific and involves guessing, probably ending up with putting more gas in than you need to. Would be much easier if the vehicles were picked up full, then returned full.

Location is very convenient for us moving between apartments in the West end, and staff member Jada was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise. When we arrived we were the only ones there and had to wait a minute or two for a staff member... All of a sudden a LOT of people arrived and there was a huge line. Jada was a rockstar and started our storage unit check in process while also processing a rental truck pickup and fielding questions from other people. She really was handling the jobs of easily 2-3 people alone while maintaining outstanding levels of customer service... She deserves all the praise and then some for her patience and grace under pressure. Thank you!!
