B2 Bistro + Bar is a casual neighborhood restaurant free from formality and artifice. We aim to be a destination for all from the hip, connected, socially-aware to the discerning, worldly, epicures. We offer a casual, welcoming atmosphere with an active and well-stocked bar all rooted in our love of good food and fine drinks. B2 chefs are sticklers for culinary excellence, combining the freshest locally-sourced ingredients (Farm to Table) with their own innovative twist on taste. Based on popular bistro-style cooking from the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, and other Mediterranean countries. The culinary focal point is our wood burning oven and wood burning grill/rotisserie, which many of our dishes are prepared, including our specialty pizza and local pasture raised steaks and chops.
