If zero stars were an option I would have gladly chosen that. Absolutely most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. She is glad to take your money for the services she is charging you for but never produces the documents to you. Yvonne always has an excuse in hopes to delay the inevitable that what you were paying her to do was never actually done. If you actually do some research on her company the negative reviews are very much accurate and you should take them seriously. She won’t reimburse you for the work she never does but will be glad to “charge” you to do it again for her inconvenience. I am going as far as to report her to the Texas state board of public accountancy. Small business owners beware, unfortunately I had to learn the hard way.
