HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

A few weeks ago, a Century Glass technician arrived at my home to replace a cracked windshield. After staying at my home a long time, he told me he did not bring the correct parts to do the job. Therefore, the project had to be rescheduled, so I had to plan again to take time off from work to be home so they could come back and replace my broken windshield.

Last Friday a rock hit my windshield in my other car and cracked the windshield. I was going to give Century Glass another chance, which turned out to be a big mistake. When Century Glass called to schedule the appointment, I reminded the lady about my past experience only a short time ago. I pleaded with her to make sure the technician brought everything he needed to compete the job. She said she would make absolutely sure of it. For goodness sake, the technician was not at my home 15 minutes before he rang my door bell to tell me he did not have everything he needed to replace my windshield, and the job was going to have to be rescheduled. I knew then I would never use Century Glass again.

The technician literally stood in my driveway trying to give me an extremely technical and complicated answer as to why he could not replace my windshield, and said he use to love his job but now he hates it because he goes to install windshields and is unable to do it. That sounds like a problem specific to Century Glass, because the new windshield company I am going to start using says that never happens with them and did not know what the Century Glass technician was talking about.

Hence, I called my State Farm agent and explained my experience with Century Glass, and asked for them to schedule another company. My State Farm agent said she really appreciated my feedback, would make a note in their system, and not refer Century Glass anymore. Within an hour another local glass company (the one my State Farm agent uses personally) contacted me and scheduled an appointment. He assured me when he leaves my home the installation will be completely done to my satisfaction, including any re-calibration of the cameras and heads up display. I call that a “turn key” job!

To make matters worse, I rushed out of my home to go to a doctor’s appointment. As I was driving to the appointment, I see the Century Glass technician coming in the opposite direction attempting to flag me down to stop. I stopped and he said he left his tablet in my car. I had to turn around and drive all the way back to my house so he could he could get his tablet, making me late for my doctors’ appointment.

Finally, although I made up my mind I would never use Century Glass again, I was told by the technician I would receive a call from the office to re-schedule the appointment. I never did receive a call.

There is NO excuse in a business operating this poorly!

Technician broke the clips on my classic car during install and didnt say anything. Just left my car broke and chipped the paint as well. JUST LEFT TGE CAR BROKE AND CHIPPED WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. If you bring it up to the man in charge he will yell at you and tell you the age of the car is why the clips broke. That's fine but tge Technician didnt say anything. Very rude owner that sent the Technician back yo my hose so he can lie and say it was like that before. Laughed when I asked why he would chip the paint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOURS. TEACH YOUR TECHNICIANS HOW TO NOT SCRATCH A CLASSIS CARS PAINT!! NO EXCUSE FOR THAT AND NO EXCUSE FOR LEAVING YOUR CUSTOMER'S CAR BROKE AND HOPING TGEY DONT NOTICE

My windshield was leaking water because the seal had failed. I went one day I had time with no appointment and walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful. A gentleman came outside and looked at it and confirmed the seal had failed. I set an appointment for a couple days later.

Day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and settled in the waiting area. They have a comfortable waiting area with snacks and wifi. I jumped on they wifi so I could work.

The technician spoke to me and confirmed with me the details of what I had scheduled and he began working on my car at the scheduled time.

He was finished in less time than he said, and i was on my way.

Great service deserves to be rewarded. Thank you for your professionalism, skill, friendliness, and helpfulness.

I had my car window broken into recently, and I was dreading the process of getting it replaced. I called around to a few different companies, and most of them told me that there was a glass shortage and that prices were through the roof. But Century Glass saved the day! They were able to fix my window the next day for $300 less than the competitors.

The service was quick and easy. I called in the morning, and they had someone out to my car within an hour. The technician was friendly and professional, and he did a great job of replacing the window. I was in and out within an hour, and I was back on my way.

I would highly recommend Century Glass to anyone who needs their car window replaced. They are affordable, efficient, and they do great work. Thank you to the staff at Century Glass for a job well done!

Great experience using this company to replace a shower. We had limited space but wanted sliding doors and Century came up with a plan..Mark our installer was terrific and Tabitha was great to work with over the phone.
Century will be our first choice when needing anything glass.
