Made an appointment for a single signature notary. Had to give a slew of information just to book the appointment. Made appointment for 5:30. at 4pm they call me to let me know my appointment is cancelled. Made 0 effort to keep business. Not even an offer of doing it another time, apology, or anything.
Very poor customer service/relation. Will not be in business for long.
