I visit Dunkin almost every day — my day doesn’t start without their cappuccino. This afternoon I ordered a Mango Daydream and specifically asked for less ice. The lady at the counter charged me an extra $1 for it.
I told her I’ve come here many times and no one has ever charged me extra for less ice, but she insisted “we charge for it here.”
My friend was on a call with me and overheard the whole thing. The moment he said “let’s just report this to Dunkin,” she immediately removed the extra charge.
Very unprofessional. Charging extra for less ice and then removing it only when a complaint is mentioned is not okay.

i come to this dunkin almost every other week… the drinks always come out good but the food is always burnt and the donuts are always hard. besides that, there’s been MULTIPLE times i’ve came inside and seen mice running around in prep area in the kitchen and once saw it in the lobby.. this place is unsanitary would not recommend going. i will not be returning back after seeing that.

I wouldn’t give them a 1 because it’s always something wrong or old or even burnt. I normally just get a coffee but to serve someone something they didn’t ask for and it came BURNT. And to add insult to injury I was served an old and burnt breakfast sandwich too! I usually don’t eat at this location anymore because I always end up sick but not sure what made me buy food again. Smh STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE FOR POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!

Stopped for a coffee on Mother’s Day with my family in the car and waited 20 minutes for one coffee and two donuts . She then started wrecking her store and toss things at me because she is “by her self”

Horrible experience in the drive thru. Received cold snakin bacon told the window attendant they said it’s suppose to be cold. Ordered a vanilla latte they added 4 other things in it I didn’t not ask for like cinnamon sugar & Carmel drizzle, when I was very specific about my ingredients. Then To top it all off my moms hash browns had a price of plastic in it.

Not in this area much but if I ever am again I’d never stop here again.
