The team at McKay roofing were professional from the beginning to the end of our roofing project. From the competitive quote to frequent progress updates on the project (including photos), the service and care to get the roof done right was refreshing and comforting as a homeowner. The respect by the workers of the home including an immaculate cleanup was also just part of their delivery. I can't recommend any roofing company more highly than McKay roofing.

McKay Roofing did an amazing job replacing a roof on our family vacation home. From the start they gave full and prompt communication, flexible scheduling. The work crew was on time, respectful and friendly, and the work was exactly as expected. The old broken down shingles were removed directly into a truck with very little mess on the ground and the final cleanup was thorough.
The new roof looks great - thanks to the entire McKay team.

We contacted McKay roofing to have snow removed from our roof as the snow had built up in the valleys to over 24 inches (60 cm). The crew was here in two days and cleared the roof in an hour. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up the site before leaving. The crew was very professional and friendly. For those of us seniors getting up in our years or with health issues, the job was very affordable. I would recommend McKay roofing.

I highly recommend McKay Roofing. Their customer service has been exceptional. Five stars to their field crew as well. They handled the restoration of our barn roof (50' peak) this past Summer. The crew were thoughtful and thorough and cleaned up the site after the work was done leaving no visible sign that they were even here. Very impressive.

Last week, during one of the intense wind storms, we required a small repair to the roof of our two-storey house. They came the same day and promptly rectified the matter.

This company truly understands what excellent customer service is all about. This was quite evident throughout the whole of the process in our business dealings with them.

We recently had our roof replaced by McKay Roofing. From our first meeting with Kerry , who answered my many questions, to the 8 man crew who worked so well together, to the final cleanup, we couldn’t be more pleased. The office people we were in contact with were also friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend McKay Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
