It can take a long time to download and install programs or updates. Compare my prices with those of the typical computer store and you will find that my flat rates save a great deal of money. It has been my goal to help poor people with their computer problems. Even the homeless can have laptops that they use at libraries, coffee houses, or laundromats. Most technicians ignore these people, but I charge them little or nothing for my services. Somehow I manage to obtain parts. I don't have a store front, but work out of my home.
