After 30 years, our name is finally up in lights! A special thanks to Ruff Neon Signs & Lightning Maintenance for our new sign. Everyone there was fantastic from start to finish. I want to especially acknowledge Jessica Ruff. She was so gracious as she oversaw the entire process. Her brother, Tom Ruff, provided the plans for electrical wiring, and Michael & John did a great job with the design work making sure we got the color and look of the sign just right. Finally, the installation completed by Jeremy and John could not have gone smoother. Great job!

Ruff Neon signs put up new canopies and an illuminating sign at my child care center and they are by far one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with. Additionally the quality of their material is top tier and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend ruff neon signs.

Ruff Neon rocks! Their team helped us design interior and exterior signage at 2400 E Superior in Cleveland and we are extremely pleased with their work. They were able to use the existing exterior sign box and provided new customized backlit signage that looks great and was cost effective.

Inside, Ruff Neon has newly purchased equipment that did a large 12 X 20' wall print that they installed and it looks great.

I will be referring Ruff Neon to our clients and friends. Andy Smith, president Houlihan Capital.

Lucky for us we found a diamond in the RUFF! A little bit more than 2 years ago, our business sign was designed and created in a timely and professional manner. Fast forward to now, we are expanding into a larger space and Ruff Neon is ready with us to move as fast as we are ready! We will be using them for our next venture too. And I found out they can help design our new vinyls too, one stop shop! Thanks!

Absolutely blown away by the customer service, production and design of the sign, and overall everything throughout the entire process! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! From the moment we started talking about the sign, they managed everything with ease. Predicting my questions in advance and giving thoughtful and patient guidance, working with the city and landlord for permits and approval (I did nothing here... and loved it!), to just simply updating design concepts as requested; it was definitely a job I enjoyed going through and am in love with the results!

Highly, highly recommend this company! And as someone who found out about them by referral to start with, that is exactly what I intend to do for someone else. So if you are looking for a professional company to do sign work, graphics, etc. this is the one!
