I have only been there for couple visit due to my mom insurance expiring soon. So, before we even started as new patient, we made ourselves clear that we will only do whatever cover by the insurance and maybe just pay a little on some fillings.

They booked me on my first check-up, the service was ok but the dentist made me bleed so much. I have been to check up and clean up many time, never were I bleed that badly. I thought it was just me but my sister had the same experience unusually bleeding after the clear up. I shaked it off and went back for a filling anyways.

After my first filling visit, they said I will need another filling but I told them if my appointment is not made within a week, my insurance will expired and I won't like to fill it at all. So, they squeezed me in a visit with a different dentist!!! Instead of filling my teeth, he do another check up and sent me home with an extra bill on check up that I just did within a month!!! I was very angry and never went back ever since.
