If you dont have issues with damage to your belongings, or having delivery made too early ( so you have to store the goods at the other end), dealing with a customer service person who does not listen, a company that tries to overcharge you, has VERY poor customer service from the individuals who actually deliver your goods, this is the company you want to use. They dont tell you all of the "extra" costs you will pay before they take your goods- ( they will hold them hostage!) My advice is to look for a company that is professional and more up front - you will be disappointed otherwise.

We booked with Ivy @ Canadas Leading Van Lines for my grandmother’s move last minute after another company cancelled on us with no notice. The move was from London to montreal (Quebec) They were friendly, professional, and very efficient! They sent three movers and they did an amazing job. They took exceptional care of her breakables and completed the job far faster than we could have anticipated! I was so stressed when the other mover cancelled on us (I won’t mention the name here), but I was truly impressed at how Ivy came on board and returned all of our panicked calls and helped us. We called on a Tuesday (after we found out the other company overbooked) and the movers/truck was here on Thursday @ 10:30 am. Many thanks guys! PS. Our movers were John and Isik (young fellas with great energy). Thanks a million!

The delivery gentlemen were very polite and positive. They didn’t need prompting to take off their shoes, and ensured that they did not bump any walls/furniture to bring in our delivery. They asked if they could bring it right into the room for setup. And removed any garbage that came from wrapping the furniture. Great job. Very professional.

This is not our first time using Canada’s Leading Van Lines. My family moved years back with this Van Line from Winnipeg to Vancouver as a part of a job relocation. At that time it was paid by the employer. We were very happy at that time. We decided to contact them this time again, as we had a good experience.
When we reached out to them, they were very thorough and took the time to get all of the information for our move. The sales person took the time to review what we will be moving and offer a quote based on that. She didn’t rush and always responded to every question. Initial communication was amazing and the company is very responsive.
We had a full packing service done as we I have twin girls who are 8 months old. They crew that came in were very good and took the time to ask everything and check before packing.
We moved from Vancouver to Montreal. When we arrived to Montreal the house that we purchased fell through and the entire deal fell through. We were left without anything and without our belongings. Leading VL offered us to deliver the important stuff that we needed at the time as we were in a temporary rental until we found something new.
We came by to pick what we needed and they delivered it the next day. Great service. The warehouse facility was clean and the crew there were very accommodating. Warehouse manager was with me to help me unpack and move things around\, which was great.
I was very happy with the service! Quote was right on, storage rates were great and they even included the delivery to our new place with the original quote.

A big kudos to Canadas Leading Van Lines, especially Ali and his amazing team. What a delight they were - courteous, professional, very hard working and proficient. Moved from Toronto to Grand Bend mid January. There was a huge winter storm, but the guys worked very hard and didn’t stop. Took the time to protect everything before it went out in the truck. Took about 7 hours and they were working non-stop. We couldn't keep up with them!!! Nothing broken or chipped. Also had our kitchen dishes and all kitchen ware packed by a wonderful team. I could never pack dishes the way they did. Absolutely amazing!! We can't say enough about how Canadas Leading VL who made our stressful day more relaxed. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend them to anyone. Again, thanks to Canadas Leading Van Lines and Ali and his wonderful team. Awesome job!!!!

Great service from this company. We moved from Regina, SK to north Vancouver, BC. Received our delivery on March 29th, 2019 and was very impressed. We have been through some bad moves, but this was a nice and easy experience. Crew was good, patient and didn’t rush a lot at both ends. Took their time to wrap all of the big items and even offered to pack our TV which was great. Cost was very close to the quote provided which was a nice surprise. Sales rep was very thorough as well and was always reachable by phone or email which was great as all my questions were always addressed.

Canadas Leading Van Lines was a great choice. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a long distance move and is uneasy about strangers taking their belongings. I read many reviews before going with CND Leading and I am so glad I did my homework. The bottom line that customers should remember is CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they have been more than amazing. Staff at the office are VERY responsive by phone or email.
My move didn’t even go over 10% the estimated weight. They were great at providing an accurate quote/estimate so that I could budget. They didn’t lowball my move and the sales rep took the time to good through each and every item that we were moving. That was the best part.
Having had a bad experience before where I was charged so much MORE than what was quoted, I was very careful this time by providing them with an accurate list and making sure I knew that I would be paying. The final cost was the quote, additional wardrobe boxes purchased and taxes.
The actual movers were awesome! Though they arrived late on pick-up they were fast yet careful with everything. They even wrapped paintings that were not boxed. The delivery movers were great too. They were friendly, funny and very polite. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.
Great company! It seems that rarely people take the time to write a good review, so I promised I would do it as they deserved it.

Recently I needed to move my elderly father. He chose to return to his parentu2019s house at Laval. Was a tight decision to hear for me. We hired Canadau2019s Leading VL and got even more than could possibly expected. We've had an individual approach. They informed us of every step and took the time to explain everything and put everything in writing. They had us fill out a list of the inventory that we wanted moved and make sure that we were ok with the final quote. Great approach. We have moved many times in the past and it was always a negative experience due to the shock of the final bill. This time we were charged what we were quoted, plus my dad got a seniors discount at the end. Great move!
