Put all the earth back neatly after digging. I will never call anyone else. The company is super responsive through calls or texts. Shout out to Kayla too!

Im a builder and have been with Elite for years. Their customer service is truly exceptional and their team of professional are so knowledgable and helpful. They also take care of my personal home and they have been amazing. I highly recommend this company for all your ac and plumbing needs.

My old water heater conked out, and David and Zachary came out on short notice. They went out of their way to install a new heater the same afternoon, and explained the new setup. Both Elite team members were very polite, and I am thankful they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner.

Worst company EVERRRR .!!!! I CALLED this Company out 3 times with issues with my?? AC. 2 times men came and said everything is fine..it was the storms and just needed to he reset..this is after their plumber came..made a 250$ hole in ceiling that cost me another $150 to fix!!! Then they sent their AC guys..after they left 2 days later the AC totally stopped working! Well they sent MISTY OUT TO COME with 2 other men and gave me insane prices either to fix my unit or she and the men..tried to SELL ME A UNIT AT ABOUT 18 THOUSAND DOLLARS! AND KEPT PUSHING THE NEW UNIT EVEN THOUGH I told them and HER that I am buying a new house and can't charge that on my charge card or I may not qualify any more to buy the NEW house!!!! She still kept pushing NOT CARING THAT I WAS MOVING! !! SHE WAS SO UNBELIEVABLE PUSHING ME THEN TELLING ME HOW MY HOUSE IM SELLING HERE WILL GO UP IN VALUE IF I PUT A NEW SYSTEM IN..EVEN TO FIX IT, SHE QUOTED ME FROM 11 THOUSAND DOWN TO VALUE PRICE AROUND 6 THOUSAND BUT TOLD ME..IT PROBABLY WILL BREAK AGAIN OR IT MAY NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AT ALL AND I WOULD BE OUT THAT MONEY TOO!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Well another company came out..fixed it for 1000$ and my home is cool again! The entire problem was only 1 small fan motor thats ALLLLL!
THIS COMPANY FROM PLUMBING TO AC IS HORRIBLE! I HAD TO PAY 400$ TO FIX THEIR INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS!

Two stars because their techs were great. Desmond, Frank, Nick and Tyler were great the seven times we saw them over the past year, but after having to clear my family out of the house multiple times for AC issues. I’m done.

We purchased a $25k American Standard system plus a $6k mini split for my garage from Elite for our new construction home. After moving in January 2025, we came home to a non functioning system after a trip in May. We had an emergency call and Frank came out and fixed the system. Clogged drain line, which after 5 months of use is apparently a maintenance issue according to them and I got to pay $447 for their services. Asked about their maintenance program, no response from anyone. System goes out 3 days later. Now it’s a sensor issue, so the tech bypasses the sensor and calls it good. No charge, but also no refund for the previous service and no response on getting on a maintenance plan. Two weeks later, system goes out again it’s a breaker issue. After getting that fixed on my own the system worked fine for the last year.

September 2025, I found water in my garage and my mini split was leaking through the wall. One of the pvc elbows wasn’t glued properly on the drain line. Elite fixed it free of charge.

June 2026 my main system suffered two major failures. Leaking coil and compressor failure. Elite confirmed this, but decided, I still got to pay the $289 off hours call, while I waited around on Father’s Day for them. Because I’m now out of my 1 year labor warranty, I was offered “a deal” on the service while the parts were covered under warranty. This is the point where I just decided that I could no longer work with this company and I was really out the price of a Honda Civic, minus the reliability.

After telling them that wasn’t good enough, their service manager Tim tried to make it right, offered to replace the parts and labor for free. If this had been the first issue, I would have taken him up on it, but I’m at a point of zero confidence in this company. Maybe I had bad luck or bad installers initially, but I decided to take care of my family and have a new unit from a different company installed.

Despite what the jingle on the hold line says, which I’m very familiar with, Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing does not care.
