When Glenn makes an offer the deal gets closed without any issues. Transaction was handled professionally, communication was outstanding.

I am so grateful for Lauren at K&G Investments! My mom wanted to sell her house, but was very uncomfortable with the possibility of having a lot of strangers in her home. Going the conventional route was out of the question. To minimize some of her uneasiness, we agreed to meet with a few house buying companies. Lauren was so personable and kind.
