Had a reservation here and they held it for a couple days which was nice! Eva helped me get the paperwork done and she was so sweet and kind! It was her birthday as well and gave me and my friend free timbits which was so nice 🥹 I had a really pleasant experience here, I initially had a unit that was a bit far from the elevator and she let me have a different one that was right next to the elevator for convenience. Everything went smoothly, though I think the website could mention the extra fees that weren’t included in the deal price. There were two huge trollys as well which was helpful for moving a lot of stuff at once. Would definitely recommend coming here!
