This ATM didn't offer withdrawal options which was the reason I needed it in the first place.

this is the only ATM I'm able to go to without having to drive to VA Beach, the machine claims it can take up to 50 bills. but recently it has only been taking 1 bill at a time, and can't take any bills bigger than 20s. this is really inconvenient and needs to be fixed.

More USAA ATMs that be used for deposits are needed in Hampton Roads.
This particular one is usually out of money; or can’t take any deposits; or in today’s case completely down and has been the past couple of days.

Get it together USAA!

I didn’t want to give it one star. This ATM is the absolute worse and is such an inconvenience for those who live near by that are USAA members. I have gone to this ATM on more than one occasion and it is never working. The message stays the same, “This ATM is currently unavailable at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience “ I may be missing a few words but nevertheless this is very disappointing. I shouldn’t have to drive out of my way to Norfolk or Virginia Beach just to make a deposit or withdraw funds when there is a USAA ATM that should be operational close to my home. I called USAA to report this and nothing has been done about it. There should be more options available to the members that live here. USAA you have to do better!!!
