This was a professional job! I knew the men coming to my house, as I got their pictures beforehand. They took down my sick birch tree quickly and efficiently. And then cleaned up nicely after themselves. Highly recommend this firm.

What a great experience with Apex Tree Experts. Their bid was very reasonably priced, Jennifer was very communicative and courteous and was able to fit us in early from a last minute cancellation. The crew that removed our two nasty old trees were so talented it was very impressive to watch. And wow were they efficient. Had two large 30+ foot trees completely removed in a matter of hours. They cleaned up the entire area with brooms and rakes and blowers and throughout the whole process were safe and professional as can be. Class act on all fronts. Would highly recommend. What a great experience from start to finish with Apex Tree Experts. Jennifer did a fantastic job behind the scenes with communication and follow up. The crew removed a 60' cedar in just a few hours. From Jim, the Estimator, to Jennifer in the office, I received excellent customer service. Customer service is a rare attribute to find these days and this company has, "customer care" in every department. I've had other treat service companies come out and leave debris all over the ground and some of my plants trampled on. I know plants get damaged when trees get trimmed, but Apex has been very careful to not damage the plants and they cleaned up the area after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend them others and I will use them again. Thank you Apex!

We hired Apex Tree Experts to trim trees in the City of Tacoma's Right of Way next to our office building and the service provided was amazing! After the work, the trees and area after cleanup looked better then before the crew arrived on site. Apex was communicative from the beginning to the end and anywhere in between if questions needed answers. We highly recommend Apex Tree Experts.

I had 2 very large Linden’s and a locust in my backyard in hard to reach areas. Apex did a great job maneuvering the tight spots and removing those huge trees without damaging my fence, garden or pond. Amazing! I appreciate the integrity and professional work.

I had an excellent experience with Apex trimming a large evergreen in my front yard. Daniel came out to provide the quote - he asked great questions to be sure we were addressing the right issues (mostly related to the level of shed onto my neighbor's roof and driveway) and prioritizing the health of the tree. Scheduling and payment was very easy through the main office (they are SO pleasant and professional!), and when the day came the crew arrived as planned, did a beautiful job on the tree (neighbor was very pleased), and cleaned up all tree debris before leaving. Also, their price came in far below the other quotes I received and they responded in a much more timely manner than other companies. Really impressed and will definitely be using them again.

We are extremely pleased with APEX Tree Experts. Everyone, from this business are extremely friendly, positive, helpful, & very professional. From our initial phone call to paying our bill when the job was completed was such a breeze! Very easy!
We had one tree trimmed & taken care of, so it will stay healthy for years to come.
And we also had a 30-40 foot tree cut down, removed, & the stump ground down to mulch. All tree trimmings, limbs, & trunk were completely shredded & removed. Our yard & driveway were cleaned as well.
No leftover debris. They even took care of calling & getting the city to come mark & identify gas & utility lines & such.
They are awesome! Very professional!

The estimator was super knowledgeable, and the crew was great: efficient, friendly, positive, on time -everything. I had four street trees and three fruit trees trimmed, and one tree taken down. Fair pricing and they came when they said they would. Highly recommended!

I contracted with APEX to remove several unwanted trees and to trim a very large willow tree. The estimator came out and accurately reviewed our work to be accomplished, He took a sincere professional interest in our needs and suggested the services we would need. We agreed to terms and the crew came out at the appointed time. The crew and especially the crew lead explained the process, double checked the work to be done and proceeded to start the work. All the work was professionally accomplished including the cleaning and removal of all waste materials. When they were complete, the crew chief did a walk through with me to ensure all work was accomplished to our satisfaction. The work was exceptional, and I will hire them again. Thank you, APEX!

Serviced our whole community to trim limbs and branches over and beside roads, took out two dead alders by main entrance. Did all the work in one day and did a great job of cleanup as they went. Only favorable comments from board and community members. The crew was polite, responsive and a joy to work with! Hired them for 2nd job to limb up a big fir tree for myself, done quickly and cleanly. Added bonus - my little dog got some extra attention that day.

We loved our experience with Apex. They were helpful, professional, and their work was perfect. When they came out for the assessment, the focused only on the items we asked them to -- another company gave lots of opinions about other trees and pressured us to get extra work done. Apex did not! Their guys were here right on time and went straight to work. I would absolutely recommend Apex for anyone's tree needs.

Our experience with Apex was pretty good. Their quote was very reasonable, and they were flexible and worked around our weird days off (scheduling months in advance definitely helped us.) There was a bit of miscommunication with the prep discussed at our inspection versus what the crew needed day-of. But luckily we were home each day to respond to their needs. They were down to one tree-climber for our project so it took a couple more days than originally anticipated, but again they were very accommodating with our schedule. Their clean up with little branch removal and leaf blowers was very thorough and no complaints from our neighbors. I look forward to bringing them out in a couple years when our trees need to be trimmed again.

My wife and I were tasked with finding an honest, reliable arborist to prune some trees in our neighborhood.

I am more than impressed with my tree and stump removal. Neighbors remarked how efficiently the removal was done. The tree had a hand-made bird house made by one of my grandchildren years ago. The team removed it and left it for me. A team with a heart..PS I had several bids!

Properly sized crew to achieve the work, performed efficiently and following the intentions of the scope of work. Cleaned up all clippings fully. Invoice explains well all items of the work and their individual costs. Well-functioning, efficient, professional operation of business, and by crew members doing the work.

Apex Tree Experts is a company comprised of integrous individuals who stand behind their word, provide stellar customer service, and execute the job with precision, thoroughness, and care. We had a massive cherry tree growing over our fence and into a couple of our trees. It looked messy and was overcrowding the trees, which we thought would be hindered them to grow well if the crowding continued. During the free estimate visit, Dan provided honest feedback by telling us the health of the tree is in good shape and the pruning would accomplish aesthetic preferences. He asked us what our goals are with the space and we really didn't have one, but he helped us figure it out. We came up with a plan and after seeing the end results, we are fully satisfied. The space looks cleaned up with no crowding. I didn't realized how much it was bothering me until the work was done. I now look out our window to see the area cleaned up and I'm no longer bothered. The crew did a thorough and impressive job cleaning up afterwards. We've had experiences with crews coming on our property and leaving a mess for us to clean up. With Apex Tree Experts, there was no work for us to do afterwards. We also really appreciate the follow up phone call to ensure we are satisfied - Jennifer is a delight. We recommend Apex for all your tree needs :)
