We came here for an anniversary dinner and it was as special as we'd hoped. The room itself is stunning, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The cocktails and drinks offering were something special and we had a really lovely time. It's quite laid back being somewhere commuters as well as hotel guests use, but I liked that as it made it relaxed. We're already planning to come back.

Extremely overpriced
We paid £54 as a family and were in for 30 minutes.
Unbelievable how that entry fee can be justified for such a small simple exhibition. Please look at other tourist attractions to spend your money on.

Recommendations would be:
- wagyu burger
- Turkish pizza
- wild mushroom open sandwich
- Welsh rosé spritzer sangria.
Not all on the same day of course.

Food quality and staff consistently good for my yearly visit.

We celebrated my birthday here with my husband and our child, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. Sasha was especially warm and welcoming, making sure everything was going smoothly throughout our meal and checking that we had everything we needed. She even surprised me with a lovely birthday dessert plate, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my day extra special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and we left with wonderful memories.

If you have a pick up scheduled please adhere to that schedule.
If you promise a customer you will pick up their rugs then you should keep that promise.
I was given no reason why my rugs were not picked up and the communication was awful. One person said your rugs would be picked up and then called by another saying they were not.

If you're looking for something local do not use. Their website indicates they are "in London" but when you complete the form and chose drop-off/pick-up the only locations are in Toronto. I called their main line and they continued to say "We are in London, but our cleaning facilities are in Toronto". I responded to the customer service rep that no - you are NOT in fact in London if I have to drive to Toronto to drop off and pick up and my rug. And you are STILL not in London if I have to pay for my rug to be delivered to Toronto to be cleaned.

This is stealing business from actual local companies, which I do not support.

Love Your Rug should clearly identify that they will service London area through delivery to Toronto but that they are not actually in London.

Not cool.

We received our rug yesterday. Can you please thank your technician, for doing such an expert repair job! We were very pleased with the results as you can't even tell where the hole was. Now that it has been cleaned and moth-proofed, it looks like a new carpet! Enjoy your day and have a Happy Easter!
