Called to book an appointment first week of March 2016 and lady I spoke to told me Denturist picks his own hours and will not be in at that time I wanted to come in . Told her I do work during the day and cannot come in during the time frame she said. She said he is a young owner and comes and goes as he wants. Who says that?

Basically gave me the impression to hurry up on the phone that I am wasting her time.

Not a friendly individual at all. Turns out a coworker had gone in and dealt with the same person (receptionist) who got the same impression.

I ended going to someone who was more than happy to help me.
