I like how they do their ordering. There is a knowledgeable person taking orders from you. They also have their pick up area set up in the drive through so that they walk to your car with your order. Exceptional customer service. You are through the long lines very quickly.

Today felt like a mixed-up loss for this location. Our order took much longer than usual and we kept getting asked if an order was ours. Mind you, we were in the drive-thru so the app info would tell them the color of the vehicle and what type. Lastly, we almost drove off with a missing order of fries. Luckily, we spotted the mistake and got it fixed.

Worst service I have ever received at Chick-fil-A. Seriously disappointed. I drove up to the drive through at approximately 4:45 pm. No lines. The staff was standing around talking. Took them a couple of minutes to acknowledge me and take my order. The person was not listening to what I was saying kept having to correct him. I drove around then was asked to pull forward and wait, again no one in the line. Odd, since they pride themselves on efficiency and customer service. The person that walked out the food could barely speak when he handed me the order. Turns out, one drink was wrong, one salad was missing regular ingredients. It could be a one off day. Keep an eye on your staff. They are definitely not providing good customer service. EVERHART LOCATION

I got the sorriest tiny excuse for a breakfast bowl today. Look at the picture you can see the bottom of the bowl in spots.

Terrible store. This store is most convenient for me because I live down the street, but I’m gonna have to start making the drive to Staples because I’ve never had a bad experience there. I came to the Everhart location last month & received the wrong order. Today I went & the fries feel like they’ve just been sitting there, & there’s no salt on them, this taste like cheese? Whoever owns this Chic Fil A needs to step down because not only the food quality, but the employees are kinda rude too. It’s nothing like the other locations in Corpus.
