What a horrible nasty guy this Steve Manning is. Done a delivery for him but he didn't understand that the sender had paid for a Kerbside delivery which doesn't mean bringing an 18 tonne truck onto his gravel drive which we are not aloud to do under company policy. His what we call SMS ( Small man syndrome) 4 foot nothing that thinks he knows it all and can speak to people how he likes even if he is in the wrong. He put a complaint in and couldn't even get the right registration number. Just shows what sort of idiot he is. All I can say is when receiving a pallet delivery please read the terms & conditions and don't blame the driver for doing his job and sticking to his company policy.
The driver was 100% right ✅️
As for trying to get the driver the sack for doing his job good luck with that 👍
Anyone thinking of dealing with this Steve manning be aware that he is nasty aggressive makes up lies and completely thick.
