I recently had a check that required additional approval from the company whom gave me the check. Briana with a Las Vegas branch of Money Tree located at Tropicana and Jones, she sought the approval which took time and patience. I appreciate Briana, she always smiled, and was friendly. Her professional attitude and service was exceptional. She explained each step clearly. I will continue using Money Tree what a great representative she is for this company!

Ralph was a very attentive representative and patiently answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to help us cash in our checks, despite the hurdles we were experiencing in the beginning. He called the manager to confirm if we can continue the transaction because he saw how urgently we needed this to get done. Ralph deserves recognition and a promotion based on all of his actions and problem-solving skills. It's important to spring into motion when customers need help, and his conflict resolution was satisfactionally exceptional, while still being able to multi-task in a busy environment.

I had a great experience with Moneytree in Las Vegas. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable throughout everything. Customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how smooth and fast the visit was.
