Went up to order a Philly cheesesteak asked a question and the young lady at the front counter answered in the rudest way. Her attitude pushed me away from ordering a sandwich. That is the worst customer service. You will ever get really angry rude entitled people. I just think companies need to do better to attract and keep customers do better than hiring the bottom of the barrel.

The cashier was so rude made us feel stupid. Face palmed when I couldn’t hear the order repeated back then we came back to get more food to go for my daughter and she said oh God not you guys again.

Today I came with my partner to have lunch at Charley’s. Issac was extremely friendly and attentive. Our order came out quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

All drums no flats first of all. The lady that I believe was the manager was very rude while we were ordering she put her hand up at us stopped the cashier to argue with her about a mistake she made. It was 2 of us in line she could have waited until we were done which was very unprofessional. She had a very angry I don’t want to be here facial expression.

Always a great meal at Charley's. Been here numerous times and I'll continue to eat here. Food quality is second to none. Staff is always friendly and I get taken care of very quickly. If you're tired of standard fast food and want something delicious, I very highly recommend eating here. Plenty of options and it's always fresh. To the staff here, keep up the awesome work!! Y'all deserve a raise for keeping the high standards and taking care of customers quickly with good food.
