The stay was exceptional, thanks to our wonderful hosts Tracy and Todd. They were so friendly and helpful! They recommended some fantastic local spots for us to check out. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. You couldn’t even hear your neighbors from inside of the cabin. Location was beautiful and super scenic. Breakfasts were freshly made and delivered with lots of love. We especially adored the late-night treats that Tracy left in the common room and the selection of movies we could take back to our cabin. It was these thoughtful gestures throughout our stay that made us feel so special and well cared for. Truly a fun and relaxing getaway!

We had the best time at Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins! The service was phenomenal, the location, the views, the room. When they say on the website that the bedding and towels are luxurious, they really do mean it. There were fresh treats in the lobby each day and I am still dreaming about those coconut key lime bars. The bed was plush and dreamy and the amenities were super detailed. They even included bath salts!!

Carson Ridge has so much beautiful and romantic energy in the setting, location, decors, ambiance, cleanliness, views, surrounding nature and animals. But most of all what made our experience from start to finish (before we even made it there) was 110% due to the absolutely WONDERFUL hosts/owners (Tracy and Todd) who went sooo far above and beyond to make sure our romantic getaway was as special, relaxing and memorable as possible!! Though this review is over a few months late, our hearts are still pulling us back- this time in warmer climate where more trails and waterfalls can be enjoyed. The beautifully presented and delicious breakfast hand-delivered by Tracy and Todd to our room, in the cutest hand made baskets…what could top any of that???
We are sooo grateful for Tracy who has a heart of GOLD and her positive attitude and energy and flexibility for her guests just takes the entire experience to a new level.
Not to mention the in-room massages that we got to enjoy by two of the best massage therapists.
Thank you so much again!! We can’t wait to revisit!
Highly recommend! Their family history and experience in creating lodges like this in the past is also a great story to admire!

My first time here and it was great. A warm welcome from Dora. Comfy, cozy cabin full of charm. Tasty homemade breakfast brought to our door. Excellent pizza and bbq right across the street at Backwoods Brewing. Two small things I also enjoyed: They have hammocks and Adirondack chairs throughout the property. Perfect for watching a wide open and very dark sky full of stars. Oh, and the jetted tub in our cabin was more of a real hot tub than a simple jetted tub. What I mean is I am pretty sure it had a built in heater because the water stayed warm even with the jets running. Thanks for a perfect relaxing weekend!

We just got married and chose this place for our honeymoon, it did not disappoint! The cabins were incredible! The jetted tub was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and every staff member we came across was extremely friendly and accommodating. The grounds here are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The cabin was private and we were able to fully immerse into our honeymoon bubble. We plan to come back someday! Thank you so much Carson Rixge for your part in a wonderful honeymoon for these newlyweds!
