I have this problem all the time i need to call the vision center to get information or order more contacts and the phone just keeps ringing the automated system never clicks in and no one answers... I have had this happen over a dozen times now and it usually lasts for the day or most of the day... you guys really need to get your stuff together and make sure your "valued" customers are getting what they need.

This store has everything BUT it is an older store and needs an upgrade! Doors need to be self closing and self opening!!
