The service person was so professional, helpful, and provided a full detailed explanation of the problems of my computer was having and appreciated the time he has taken to educate me the options available so that I can make an educated choices in fixing my unit. Now, couldn't be happier that my unit return to life.

They worked for over an hour on the computer. - they completely cleaned out all viruses on our computer and upgraded it. Also, answered all of my questions with clear and full explanations, and educated me about my computer. - educated me what I did, or what I did not need in terms of virus protection.

I wanted to thank the tech of Computer Repair Zone for knowing what was needed to fix my laptop. It's so nice to be able to use it again. I appreciated my tech's personality too in that he was patient with me, trustable and in general someone who knew what he was doing but didn't have that arrogant "know it all" type way of being that some computer "gurus" have!

I had a great experience getting my issue with lost and corrupt. Within half an hour my files were recovered, and I returned in business. The service charge was very fair too.

They really provide outstanding service through their customers. For over 3 years of servicing my computer units for my business, I didn't have any single complaints. Their technician is always extremely pleasant to work with. They work hard and quickly leaves us feeling like they are isn't like other services, wherein they stretch the work out for billing purposes.
