Since walmart came on the sceen, I have never entered into a clean Zellers. Why is it that ALL of them are dirty, and unorganized? First I thought it was the management, but no matter what city you are in they are all the same. They never unpack boxes & organize the store. I don't want to dig into boxes to find my product. Now I have this Bay/Zellers gift card that I don't even want to spend.

The website for Zellers and The Bay just sucks. I want to see what they have in the store and the website shows everything but the products they carry. The only thing I can find on this site is the weekly flier. My suggestion, find a new web designer. The site isn't doing your store justice.

First of all, the old ladies who work there barely have any communication skills. Secondly, there is some problem everytime I go to the zellers store, they have a different price written on the aisle and when the cashier scans it, a different price shows up. But this time the cashier really frustrated me because she made me walk from the cash desk to the aisle about 10 times. And on top of that, I was fasting and extremely tired of doing that. Let me just mention that I visited 1355 kingston road, Pickering ON zellers which is in the Pickering Town Center. This time I had the worst experience there and I'm sure I won't be going there ever again. Also I'll make sure my friends and relatives don't go there either. Moreover, that dumb cashier didn't even apologize even if it wasn't my fault. I guess this is one of the reasons why Zellers is not so popular over the other chains such as Walmart. Walmart is the best. They say the correct price. But Zellers says a good price but tries to rip you off on the cash, thinking that the customers are dumb like them to not notice. Now I'll be taking serious action against this. I'll make sure none of my contacts go to zellers ever again in their entire lives. And I really mean this
