At the Walmart in Valleyfield on Monday evening Apr. 15/13 at around 7pm there were only TWO ''fewer than 10 items'' cash counters open to purchase your Walmart items. There were ZERO ''regular'' cash counters open. I wanted to purchase a dog collar (one item) and the line up went sooooo long with customers that had ''full'' shopping carts. I do not mind waiting but the line up was ridiculous.. I waited for approx. 10 minutes then gave up and went to the customer service (as there were no customers there) and asked if I could pay for the dog collar there. The Walmart lady said 'no' and told me to go to the regular cash counters. I told her (and pointed to her) that there weren't any regular cash counters open just 2 ''fewer than 10 item'' cash counters open and there was a line up of approx. 20 customers. She said that I had to wait in line anyways. So I left the dog collar on the counter and left Walmart. I will never, ever shop at Walmart in Valleyfield again. Just an extra note, Walmart Human Resources should be more careful in hiring their employees and make sure all employees are willing to serve customers, have a neat appearance, smile (and have teeth).
