Dr. Bragin earned his medical degree at Northwestern University School of Medicine, one of the country’s leading private research and teaching universities, in Chicago, Illinois. He went on to serve his internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, and his Ophthalmology residency at Saint Vincent Hospital/Medical Center of New York. During his final year, he served as the chief resident in Ophthalmology. He is board-certified and a fellow of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Bragin has over 30 years of experience as an ophthalmologist committed to providing the best possible care to his patients, helping them reach full visual potential. He stays up-to-date with emerging technologies in ophthalmology. For example, he is one of the first surgeons to offer state-of-the-art laser surgery techniques to gently and safely remove your cataract, allowing rapid healing.
