After a three week endeavor of a phone getting lost in the mail, me having to open a new line for a working device that doesn't have an open order, and then waiting for the order to revert, this store went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the original number moved to the new device. Amanda put in at least two hours on the phone with customer support to make sure everything was the way it should. I am so relieved and beyond grateful for her and her coworker's non-stop pursuit in getting me squared away. Thank you again!

There making up there own policy discriminating against out of state IDs they refuse to serve you which is a made up policy strictly for there store…waste of time and will be elevating this to there upper management expeditiously

The customer service here was very friendly and helpful. There was some confusion with the Verizon site itself, though this was not a local store issue, and the questions were straightened out by the representatives.

Verizon in Sterling didn’t link our accounts to seniors. Messed up my phone so bad it locked up. Lied to us about them paying off our phones.
Our account with AT&T was $140.00 a month told us they’d do same. Now $220.00 a month. She could have linked us to seniors discount. She was so inept she didn’t know how to set up the bill.
Run from this store drive to Fort Collins. This store it not even a real store. Incompetent people.
